This App provides Hajj and Umrah guidance in digital form. The content is provided for educational and reference purposes only.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. In-App Purchases

• The Pro edition is a one-time, lifetime (non-consumable) purchase.
• Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's policy.
• You can restore your purchase on another device using the same Apple ID.

4. Copyright

All content in the App including text, design, and graphics is the property of Manasik Hajj and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the content without written permission.

5. Permitted Use

• Using the App for personal learning.
• Sharing the App's link with others.

6. Prohibited Use

• Copying or redistributing the App's content.
• Attempting to hack or abuse the system.
• Using the App for commercial purposes without permission.
